CEO + Founder
Tobby Spruill is an analytical leader who takes a methodical approach to helping clients improve operational efficiency by developing standard operating procedures to navigate the transaction process accurately from contract to closing.

For over 15 years, Tobby’s project management skills as Administrative Support Specialist have led her to support teams and leadership in retaining clients.
​
Her knowledge and experience with closings as a notary signing agent over the past 4 years allowed her to demonstrate her skillful attention to detail and thoroughness pertinent to this time-sensitive process.

Tobby was able to leverage her strategic planning skills and knowledge of operations management to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals identify areas for process improvement in order to increase operational efficiency in the transaction process.

Her ability to accurately identify gaps in processes and resolve discrepancies quickly results in agents being able to expand their capacity to prospect and retain new clients.
